The Contact Fields from the Offer Used in the Posting Instructions
The posting instructions for Offers and Schedules are generated from the information you setup in the Offer Edit/Contact Fields. The posting instructions are identical for offers and schedules except for the value of lead_token, which will indicate whether a lead is sent to the Offer for a live call transfer, or if it is sent to a Schedule in order for the Lead to Call Automation to begin nurturing the lead into a call.
Each contact field allows you to set the following values:
Display Name (reporting name) for the field.
Field Name to be used as the name as stored in the database (we call this the Token Name in the platform, but a better name is “custom field” as TrackDrive allows unlimited custom field names in the database).
Field Type indicating if the field is a String, Decimal, Integer, Date/Time, or Boolean
Low and High Range** only used if the Field Type is Decimal or Integer Type
Description this is used in the posting instructions as well as a hint for agents when used on a script.
Required on Submit Toggle** which will require a value to exists for the field.
Require Value To Match a Pattern** which is used to enforce the format of a date field or email address.
Acceptable Values** which are used to ensure data values are consistently posted into the system. These values are also the only values an Agent can use on a script when editing the field.
Show in Posting Instructions Toggle if not checked, the contact field will not show in the posting instructions. NOTE: If this is checked on a calculated field, the calculated field will not show in the posting instructions.
** These settings are only activated if you have the offer/schedule setting for “Enforce Contact Field Validations” set. For the Offer, you will find this setting in the “Agent & Lead Settings” section of the offer edit. For the Schedule, you will find this setting in the “Lead Submission & SMS Options” section.
A contact field is shown below, highlighting the toggle for whether the field should be included in your posting instructions. Only fields with this set will be used in the public document.
Setting the Offers/Schedules to Allow Public View of Posting Instructions
In both the offers and the schedules, you can set whether public instructions to post data to TrackDrive should show for the offer/schedule. You can also toggle on if the offer/schedule should show in a public listing of all your offers/schedules (lead_token will be redacted on this public listing for security reasons).

Public Offer and Schedules Posting Instructions
You can obtain the link to the offers and schedules individual posting instructions by clicking on the button to launch the public posting instructions from the individual offer/schedule, or right mouse and just copy the link if you wish to distribute a link to your instructions to any relevant team members. NOTE: if you add query parameters to the end of the posting instructions link, those fields will be indicated as a static field. For example: append “?traffic_source_id=COL100” to the end of the link and the field will show as a static value that they should post in as is.
The relevant posting instructions will then be available online with dynamic changes made in the contact field settings available in real time. An example of what a team member can see is pictured below.

You can obtain the link to the offers and schedules you added to the public listing by clicking on the button to launch the public listing, or right mouse and just copy the link if you wish to distribute a link to your offers/schedules to any relevant team members.
The public listings link will open a page showing all offers/schedules that you wanted listed in your public list view as pictured below.
