TRACKING PLATFORM: TrackDrive to Everflow - Interface Using Events
Using Offers with Events
Interfacing TrackDrive to Everflow using Offers with Events
The best way to set up tracking between TrackDrive and Everflow is to setup your Pay Per Call Offers in Everflow with Payout to Affiliates in the Offer and Revenue in Events. You will have one event per Advertiser (aka Buyer in TrackDrive).
Configuring your Pay Per Call Offer this way allows you to track Publisher payout to the main conversion (with no revenue on the main conversion). Then revenue on the Events that are set up for each buyer (with no payout on the Event conversions). You may setup Everflow to be CPA and have TrackDrive just say there is a conversion, or setup as RPS and CPS (both at 100%) and have TrackDrive maintain the revenue and payout and send back to Everflow dynamically (see the TrackDrive integration steps below for more information regarding this Global Webhook Configuration).
At the time of this article, the Everflow Events have NOT been designed to allow for a different advertiser on each Event; however, the request has been made so that the main offer is set as your company for the advertiser, with the Events associated with your Buyer from TrackDrive as the advertiser. However, you can for billing reasons make a dummy offer for each buyer just to track their Pay Per Call events as a work around if your advertiser on Everflow should need a login to see stats OR you can give them a login to TrackDrive to see call stats.
The concept of using
Events to track Pay Per Call offers in Everflow is as follows:
Main Offer (aka the “Base Event”):
Revenue: $0.00 (Revenue will be Tracked in Events)
Payout: CPA (Set Value) OR CPS a Percentage of “amount” sent back from TrackDrive
Offer Events (marked as Private):
Revenue: CPA (Set Value) OR CPS a Percentage of “amount” sent back from TrackDrive
Payout: Will be set to “irrelevant” on the events since the events will be marked “Private”
CPA – Revenue an Payout set in Everflow, TrackDrive only Posts Conversions
CPS – Revenue and Payout set in TrackDrive, TrackDrive Posts Conversions & Amounts
The following pictures will help you understand how TrackDrive interfaces with Everflow.
Step 1: Create the Offer and Events in Everflow
Option 1: Everflow Maintains Pricing
Option 2: TrackDrive Maintains Pricing
Step 2: Make a GLOBAL Trigger in TrackDrive
Using the menu selections of Company/Webhooks, import the Trigger from the TrackDrive Templates named “GLOBAL TRIGGER: Everflow Integration”. Once completed, you will get a Global Webhook in your TrackDrive Account that will have a Trigger for When the Call Ends, and 3 Webhook URLs as shown here:
