Where to Find the Power Dialer

In the sidebar, the Power Dialer appears under
Setup System (visible when the user is a superuser,
the Schedules feature is enabled, and the user has
company preferences access).

The Power Dialer page shows the dialer processing
settings for the current company, including CPS tier
configuration, throttle percentages, and timing parameters.

The Power Dialer also appears as a tab in the Schedules
section alongside Schedules, Wait Rules, and overview
dashboards.
