What the Analytics Overview Is

The Analytics Overview (the "Overview" page under
Analytics in the sidebar) is the default landing page
after login. It lets users arrange widgets in a
drag-and-drop grid layout.

Widget Types

Available widget types include:

• Metric cards: single-number displays (e.g., total calls today, revenue this month).
• Charts: line, bar, and pie charts for trend analysis.
• Tables: tabular data displays for detailed breakdowns.

Customization

Users can:

• Add new widgets from a catalog.
• Resize and reposition widgets by dragging.
• Configure each widget's data source, filters, and date range.
• Save layouts that persist across sessions.

Per-User Layouts

Screenboard layouts are per-user. Each team member can
create their own arrangement without affecting others.
