Schedule Triggers

Schedules

Trigger Types

A schedule trigger defines what event causes a schedule to start processing a lead. There are six trigger types:

  • None - manual handoff. The schedule is assigned to the lead by user action, with no automatic trigger.
  • Tokens match - fires when the lead's token values match a configured filter (for example state = CA).
  • Expired - fires when another schedule on the lead has completed or passed a configured expiration.
  • Buyer connected - fires when the lead connects to a buyer on a call.
  • Buyer converted - fires when a buyer conversion is recorded on the lead. Stronger signal than merely connecting.
  • Dial - fires when the lead is dialed, regardless of outcome.

Multiple Triggers Per Schedule

A schedule can have multiple triggers, each configured independently. Any trigger that fires will start the schedule on the lead. Triggers of type "none" must be invoked manually.
