Offer Overview
OffersWhat an Offer Is
An Offer is the central hub of a call flow in TrackDrive. It ties
together everything needed to receive a call from a consumer and
route it to a buyer: tracking numbers, hold queue behavior, call
routers that define greetings and overflow handling, the set of
buyers eligible to receive the call, schedules that follow up on
missed calls, payout configuration, and reporting attribution.
A company typically operates
many Offers, one per vertical or campaign. A law-firm lead
generator might have one Offer for "Mass Tort Roundup", another
for "Auto Accident Leads", and a third for "Workers Comp". Each
Offer has its own tracking numbers, its own buyers, its own
payouts, and its own reporting.
No Enum-Style Query Methods
The Offer does not use standard enum query methods. Every
field that looks enum-like is backed by a plain column with
acceptable values defined in the platform configuration.
Query with literal values, not with shortcut methods.
Paused, Live, Destroy
Three distinct settings control whether an offer accepts
calls:
- Paused is a soft user-toggle. Paused offers do not dial buyers, calls are rejected but all configuration is preserved.
- Live Live offers can receive calls and forward to buyers.
- Destroy is a soft archival state. Offer is deleted from from Offer listing page, but historical data is preserved.
When an Offer Is Considered Disabled
An offer is considered disabled when either the offer
itself is Paused, Deleted or the owning company is no longer
operational.
