Forwarding Types

A number can forward incoming calls to several kinds
of destinations, controlled by its forwarding type:

• Offer - route to an offer's call flow. The standard use case for tracking numbers.
• Buyer - route directly to a specific buyer, bypassing the offer's buyer selection logic. Used for direct-forwarding scenarios, for voice agent numbers, and for personal extension numbers.
