A monthly plan defines a subscription tier that a company is
enrolled in.

Plan Features

Each plan is associated with a set of feature entitlements.
These control which parts of the platform the company can
access.

Billing Cycle

Plan fees are charged monthly. The charge is recorded as a
Charge against the company's account balance, following the
same prepaid model as usage charges.
