What Data Exports Are

Data Exports are the system for extracting data from
TrackDrive into downloadable files. The export system
supports 12 different exportable record types and produces
ZIP files containing CSV data that can be downloaded on
demand or delivered on a recurring schedule.

Export Types

The 12 exportable record types are:

  • Calls: call records
  • Call recordings: audio recording files from calls
  • Charge rollups: aggregated billing charges
  • Change logs: audit trail of record changes
  • Contacts: suppression list contacts
  • Inbound webhook logs: incoming webhook request logs
  • Leads: lead records
  • Numbers: tracking phone numbers
  • Text messages: SMS message records
  • Buyer suppression contacts: buyer suppression entries
  • System logs: system event logs
  • Webhook logs: outgoing webhook delivery logs

Each export type has its own set of configurable columns
and filters.

Export Workflow

  1. Select the record type to export.
  2. Configure filters (date range, offer, buyer, etc.).
  3. Select which columns to include.
  4. Generate the export. The system processes it in the background.
  5. Download the resulting ZIP file when ready. The ZIP contains a single CSV file.

Large exports are processed asynchronously in pages
(default 500 records per page). The user receives an email
notification or in-app notice when the file is ready.

Date Range Restrictions

Some export types enforce a maximum date range per export:

  • Call recordings: limited to 92 days.
  • Webhook logs: limited to 32 days.
  • Change logs: limited to 32 days.
  • System logs: limited to 32 days.

All other export types have no date range restriction.
