Data Exports

Where to Find Data Exports

Data exports are accessible from several places in the
sidebar:

  • Call Tracking section: "Export Calls" links to a new call export, with sub-items for "One-Time Exports" and "Recurring Reports".
  • Lead section: "Export Leads" links to a new lead export, with the same sub-items.
  • Text Messages section: "Export SMS Report" links to a new text_message export.
  • Company section: "One-Time Exports" and "Recurring Reports" show all export types without a data_type filter.

All navigation links require superuser access with the
data_exports permission.

Creating an Export

  1. Click any "Export" link in the sidebar or navigate to the export form directly.
  2. Select the record type (if not pre-selected by the nav link).
  3. Set the date range and any filters.
  4. Choose columns to include.
  5. Optionally configure scheduling for recurring delivery.
  6. Save and wait for the background processing to complete.
